Zbiorowy portret ludzi mieszkających w dzielnicy biedy pod Batumi. Lokalni ironicznie nazywają miasteczko „Dream City”, ponieważ rząd obiecał jego mieszkańcom nowy blok mieszkalny. Czekają na to od ośmiu lat. Film powstał na wyjeździe studentów sztuki operatorskiej PWSFTviT pod opieką Piotra Śliskowskiego.

A collective portrait of the people living in the slums of Batumi. Locals ironically call it “The Dream City” since the government promised its inhabitants a new block of fats. They have been waiting for it for eight years. The film was made by the students of direction of photography at the Film School in Łódź under Piotr Śliskowski’s supervision.
